bartender requirements + fees
Patio: A private bartender is optional for Patio events. Patio clients may opt to use the shared main bar (indoor/outdoor access) instead.
Emerald Room: A private bartender is required for any event in the Emerald Room that includes alcoholic beverages or bar service. Emerald Room guests cannot order drinks from the main dining room bar during private events.
Bartender fees are charged based on the full service window, which includes setup (1 hour prior to event), event service time, and teardown (1 hour after event). For example, a two-hour event requires a four-hour bartender booking.
