ROOFTOP PATIO
Any Rooftop Patio event with a beverage package requires a dedicated bartender. Events with more than 50 guests require two bartenders.
EMERALD ROOM
Any Emerald Room event offering alcoholic beverages or bar service requires a dedicated bartender. During private events, Emerald Room guests may not order beverages from the main dining room bar.
BARTENDER PRICING
$50 per bartender, per hour. Tax applies. Gratuity is not included.
Bartenders are booked for the complete service window, including:
One hour before the event for setup
The full duration of the event
One hour after the event for breakdown
For example, a two-hour event requires a four-hour bartender booking.
BEVERAGE SERVICE POLICIES
All alcohol service complies with North Carolina ABC laws. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Ice water service is included with every beverage package.
If beverage service is selected, every guest must be included in a beverage package. Guests under 21 & non-drinkers are charged the soda package rate.
Alcohol service must be scheduled for the full duration of the event
